George J. Vogt III, 70, of Troy, IL, born May 31, 1951 in Cahokia, IL and passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2021 in Keyesport, IL.

George was a Tri-township Park Commissioner since 2013, Athletic Board member, Baseball Coach and MERBL High School Baseball Division.  He was the MC for MMA Fights.  He enjoyed cooking and eating Barbecue.  Most of all he loved his family.

He was preceded by his parents, George J. II and Laverne (nee Jost) Vogt.

Surviving are his children, Coby (Krystal) Vogt of Collinsville, IL, George (Kathy Buchanan) Vogt IV and BB4; grandchildren, Kylie and Trenton Vogt and Oliver Fisher; his best friend and mother of his children, Tammy Vogt.
