Garrell Payne Price, 64, Of Highland, IL, born April 24, 1954 in East St. Louis, IL passed away Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.

Garrell was a member of the St. Clair County Anglers Association and enjoyed anytime he could spend fishing. He enjoyed all sports and was an avid Cardinals fan. He was known to pick up and play the guitar and sing a few songs when possible. His joy in life was his son and his two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Garrell Wayne Price and Ida Marie (nee Miller) Grater; sisters, Joan Tarr and Dixie Luther.

Surviving are his son, Garrell (Helena) Price of Marietta, GA; grandchildren, Avery and Adalynn Price; brother, Randy (Vicki) Grater of Highland, IL; sister, Deanna (Bob Marcus) Kelly of Seabrook, TX; special nephew, Adam Grater; many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
