Gail J. Modrovsky, 69, of Collinsville, IL, born July 14, 1949 in Granite City, IL passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Liberty Village in Maryville, IL

Gail was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, Troy, IL. She had a green thumb and always enjoyed working with her gardens. She loved to listen to music and dance, and enjoyed baking. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin A. and Rosemary (nee Stack) Perkins; daughter Monica Richter.

Surviving are her husband, Arthur Modrovsky of Collinsville, IL; children, Brian (Stacey) Jackson of Troy, IL, Nancy (Jerry) Haggerty of Troy, IL, Tanya Korunka of Troy, IL, Rosemary (Andrew) Koester of Collinsville, IL, Norman (Sara) Modrovsky of Maryville, IL, And Anita (Scot) Bednar of Armada, MI; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; Brothers, Greg (Sue) Perkins of Collinsville, IL, Donald (Paula) Perkins of Royce City, TX, John (Sandy) Perkins of Marine, IL, Jefferey Perkins of Royce City, MI, Mark (Eileen) Perkins of Collinsville, IL; sisters, Mary Timms of Troy, IL, Beverly Hudson of Maryland Heights, MO and Diana (Allen) Mertz of Troy, IL; aunt, cousin and friend
