Obituary
Francis "Frank" Kinkel, 65, of Troy, Ill., born Sept. 2, 1943, in East St. Louis, Ill., died Monday, July 20, 2009, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Ill.
Mr. Kinkel was a contractor. He loved his family, enjoyed fishing and deer hunting and loved his job working in construction.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Cecilia, nee Chochorowski, Kinkel; and a brother, Ted Kinkel.
Surviving are his wife, Donna, nee Totsch, Kinkel; son, Matt Kinkel of Troy, Ill.; daughter, Katie Kinkel of Troy, Ill.; and a brother, Thomas (Kitty) Kinkel of Troy, Ill.; Sisterinlaw Charlotte (Tony) Warburton of Reno, NV and Cousin Bubby. The family would also like to include three children, Frank, Susan and Sheryl.
Memorials may be made to the family for a designated memorial in honor of Frank to be announced.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2009, at Laughlin Richeson Funeral Home in Troy, Ill.
Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 24, 2009, at Laughlin~Richeson Funeral Home. Monsignor James Blazine officiating. Interment will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery in French Village, Ill.
