Frances L. Russell, 76, of Collinsville, IL, born Saturday, May 13, 1944 in Indianapolis, IN and passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 1, 2021.

Frances retired from Shop and Save Grocery Stores.  She attended school at Technical Arsenal High School in Indianapolis, IN.  Frances was a huge "Elvis" fan.  Most of all she loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth James Garvey; parents Kenneth E. Sr. and Eva M. (nee Rogers) Russell; and her brothers, Kenneth E. Jr. and Calvin Russell.

Surviving are her children, Rick (Tina) Goforth of Highland, IL, Tony (Karen) Goforth of Maryville, IL and Scott (Jane) Goforth of Collinsville, IL. 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one on the way due in June 2021; her sister, Sheila Brunton of Greenwood, IN; nieces, nephews, cousins and friend.
