Evelyn Lucille, nee Elliott, Kimberlin of Troy, IL. died August 4, 2010 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL.
Evelyn was born June 2, 1912 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was a homemaker and a member of Friedens United Chuch of Christ, Troy, IL.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur E. Kimberlin, whom she married August 8, 1934 and who died February 23, 1997; and parents, Roy D. and Ada E. (nee Hoge) Elliott.
Evelyn is survived by her children, Jon (Mary) Kimberlin of Wilton, Conn., Jay (Doris) Kimberlin of Troy, IL, and Carla (Rob) Arnold of Indianapolis, IN.; grandchildren, Jennifer Lambeth and Jacob Kimberlin; great grandchildren, Evelyn Kate and Vivian Rose Lambeth; brother, R. Dan (Gloria) Elliott of Hilton Head, SC., and sister, Mary Dean Cabello of Nashville, TN.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tri-Township Senior Citizens.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 7, 2010 from 12 to 3 p.m. at Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL.
Funeral services will be Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 3 p.m. at Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL. with the Rev. Gerry Proctor officiating.
