Elvenia Riebold, 84, of Edwardsville, IL formerly of St. Jacob, IL, born Saturday, October 31, 1936 in Highland, IL and passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL.

Elvenia was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Highland, Il.  She loved her family and the time she spent with them.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Riebold whom she married May 30, 1956 and he passed away November 6, 2018; her parents, Elder and Mary (nee Peters) Frey and her sister, Delores Merkle.

Surviving are her sons, Carl (Karen) Riebold of Collinsville, IL and Russell (Lisa) Riebold of St. Jacob, IL; grandchildren, Michael (Alexandrea) Riebold, Andrew (Ashley) Riebold, Eric (Courtney) Riebold and Amy (Derek) Jansen; great-grandchildren, Gavin, Tristan, William, Henry and Maylee Riebold, Damian and Alex Jansen.
