Sue Tracy, 88, of Troy, IL, born Sunday, June 30, 1935 in Odin, IL and passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Eden Village in Glen Carbon, IL.

Sue was a faithful member of the Bethel Baptist Church.  She was Pantry Director for Ministries Unlimited for many years.  She received the Key to the City celebrating her contributions to the pantry in 1993.  Sue loved her family and enjoyed the times they were together.

She was preceded in death by her husband Billy G. Tracy, whom she married November 16, 1952; her son, Roger Tracy; parents, Robert and Stella (nee Meredith) Risinger; sisters, Mildred Kidwell and Frances Dodson.

Surviving are her children, Linda (David) Smith of Collinsville, Diana (Daniel) Van Duyne of St. Louis, MO, Lisa (Robert) Walker of Port Charlotte, FL and Steven (Anna) Tracy of Minneapolis, MN; grandchildren, Cory (Amanda) Smith, Nicole Smith, Lindsey (Keith) Schaefer, Chelsea Van Duyne, Zachary Neubauer, Kurtis (Tyler) Neubauer, Robert Tyler Walker, Tayler Walker, Seth Tracy and Eleanor Tracy; great-grandchildren, Lydia and Jude Smith and River Neubauer; her brothers, Earl (Marilyn) Risinger of Grand Rapids, MI and Dale (Joyce) Risinger of Peoria, IL; nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

Visitation for Sue will be held 10 to 11 am on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Bethel Baptist Church, Troy, IL.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Thursday at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Lewis officiating.  Interment will be in Peaceful Valley Cemetery in Odin, IL
