Elizabeth M. Powell, 79, of Troy, IL, born August 31, 1938 in Jacksonville, FL, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018 at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Elizabeth was a member of the Church of the Brethren of Jacksonville, FL. She enjoyed nature, growing flowers and bird watching, but most of all she loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Pois and Vonie Corinne (nee McGee) Henderson; and a brother, Robert H. Henderson.

Surviving are her children, Kevin Powell of Troy, IL, Karen (Ronald) Raulerson of Jarrell, TX and Kimberly Yohe of Winchester, VA; grandchildren, Glen (Jessica) Marian, Meghan Raulerson, Neal Raulerson, Denise (Patrick) Wells and Kacie Yohe; brother, Richard (Linda) Henderson of Jacksonville, FL; and a sister, Linda (John) Delaney of Crescent City, FL.
