Edward W. "Buddy Love" Shea III, 48, of Troy, Ill., born April 3, 1967, in Belleville, Ill., died March 24, 2016, at his home in Troy, Ill.
Edward attended Metro Community Church, Edwardsville, Ill.. He owned and operated Shea Concrete in Troy, Ill., he was passionate and worked very hard with the Churchs on the Streets program in St. Louis. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed many fishing tournaments. He enjoyed his children and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Charles "Tyler" Gammon; and a sister, Mona Allen.
Surviving are his children Justin Shea of Troy, Ill., Ashleigh (Justin) Cunliffe of Bloomington, Ill., and Paisleigh Shea of Highland, Ill.; grandchildren, Mia, Camden and Tayve Cunliffe; father, Edward W. Shea II; ex-wife, Stacey Shea of Highland, Ill.; siblings, Joseph Shea of Shiloh, Ill., Michelle Shea of Troy, Ill., Billy (Misty) Shea of Pontoon Beach, Ill., Flora (Joe) Knox of Troy, Ill., and Charlotte Shea of Caseyville, Ill. He was a friend to many and will be missed by those who knew him.
