Edward F. Brenkendorff, age 86, of Troy, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2003 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Illinois. He was born in Troy, spent most of his life here. He attended Bethel Baptist Church and was a member of Labors International Union of North America Local 674 and American Legion Hall of St. Jacob and was a Navy veteran. He is survived by his wife Bernadine (nee Hall) Brenkendorff, whom he married July 20, 1940; 2 sons Jim (Teena) Brenkendorff of Greeley, Colorado and Chuck (Jill) Brenkendorff of Troy; and 5 grandchildren.

Funeral Services: Friday, January 31, 2003 at 10:00 am at Bethel Baptist Church in Troy with Brother Tim Lewis officiating.
