Doris Lucille Clark, nee O'Connor, 88, of Troy, Ill., born Dec. 25, 1919, in Carlinville, Ky., died Monday, May 5, 2008, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Ill.
Mrs. Clark was a meat cutter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas U. Clark; her parents, Marvin and Ethel, nee Talbert, O'Connor; a daughter, Rachel M. Brown; one grandchild; one great-grandchild; four brothers; and two sisters.
She is survived by three daughters, Doris (Tom) Oliver of Troy, Ill., Martha (Wayne) Carlton of Mauriceville, Texas, and Patty Johnson of Beaumont, Texas; a son, John (Cindy) Clark of Smithton, Ill.; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Tommy (Francis) O'Connor of Indianapolis, Ind.; and two sisters, Anna Mae Pace of Arlington, Ky., and Theresa (Jeff) Jeffries of Poland, Ind.
Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.

Funeral service 10 a.m. Thursday, May 8, 2008, at Laughlin Funeral Home, Troy, Ill., with the Rev. Dennis Price officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
