Meadows, Donald Lee, 55, of Troy, IL, born September 12, 1959, in Collinsville, IL, died Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Elizabeth (nee Cline) Meadows; brothers, William J. and John E. Meadows.
Surviving are his sisters, Nancy (Ova "Zip") Zilibotti of Edwardsville, IL, Mary Jane (Roderick) Howard of Tamarac, FL; brother, James "Jim" Meadows of Marine, IL; uncles, John (Nettie) Cline and Roger Cline both of Troy, IL; many nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
Memorials may be made to Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL in memory of Donald Meadows. Online expressions of sympathy may be made at www.Richesonfh.com
Private services will be held at a later date with his uncle John Cline, Deacon, First Baptist Church of Troy, officiating. Interment will be in Reid-Riggin Cemetery, Troy, IL.
