Obituary
Dominick Andrew Luchesi, 11, of Troy, Ill., born Jan. 9, 2001, in Maryville, Ill., died on Monday, July 30, 2012, at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
Domi was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Troy, Ill., and was going into the sixth grade at Triad Middle School. He enjoyed playing baseball and was on the Jr. Gateway Grizzlies Team. He was an avid Cubs fan and followed No. 25 – Derrick Lee.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Nick and Susanne Luchesi, and Alice Lewis,; great-grandfather Andrew Juengel Sr.
Surviving are his parents, Bill and Angie, nee Lewis, Luchesi of Troy, Ill.; great-grandmother, Dorothea Juengel of Swansea, Ill.; grandparents, Kerry Lewis of Freeburg, Ill.; many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of many friends.
Memorials may be made to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital for cancer research.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at the church with the Rev. Tim Lewis officiating. Interment in Friedens Cemetery, Troy, Ill.
