Obituary
Debbie Fultz, age 50, formerly of Anna, Illinois, passed away Friday, August 27, 2004 at West Main Nursing Home in Mascoutah, IL.
Debbie was born March 16, 1954 to Arthur Paul Fultz, Sr., and Mary Ruth Smith in Belleville, Illinois. She grew up in Belleville and later moved to Choate Development Center in Anna, Illinois, where she was a member of the choir. She was employed for many years at S.A.V.E. at Turkey Hill and was a member of the Salvation Army.
She is survived by her mother, Ruth Fultz of O'Fallon, her sister Hope Elizabeth Crooks of O'Fallon; three brothers, Captain Arthur (Diane) Fultz, Jr., of Marietta, Georgia, Michael (Patricia) Fultzof Granite City, and Dale (Tammy) Fultz of Troy, IL, several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Arthur Paul Fultz, Sr. in 1976.
Friends may join the famiy to celebrate Debbie's life at 5:00 pm, Friday, September 3, 2004 at Laughlin Funeral Home with a Memorial Service to be held at 7:00 pm, Friday, September 3, 2004.
Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice or New Opportunities.
