Cleo F. Aebel Jr., 73, of Fenton, MO, born June 2, 1943 in Gulf Port, MS, died Saturday, January 14, 2017 at his residence in Fenton, MO.

Cleo was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Fenton, MO, and Sons of the American Revolution. He loved and was loved by his family and will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Cleo F. Aebel Sr.; brother, George Aebel.

Surviving are his wife, Sandra (nee Metz) Aebel of Fenton, MO; Children, Michelle (Ken) Haynes of St. Charles, MO, Robert Aebel of Edwardsville, IL, Diane (Ray) Wittrock of Cedar Hill, MO, Linda (Ron) Richards of Fenton, MO and Susan (Michael) Stella of Hennicker, NH; mother, Evelyn (Slayton) Aebel of Troy, IL,; 15 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren,; brothers, Charles Aebel of Kirkwood, MO, James (Sally) Aebel of Edwardsville, IL,; sisters Mary Beth (Larry) Lorsbach and Barbara Aebel both of Troy, IL,; dear uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.
