Cheryl L. Chinal, 64, of Highland, IL, born Friday, January 2, 1959 in Chicopee, MA and passed away at her home in Highland on Saturday, July 29, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.

Cheryl worked at Regions Bank for many years in the trust department.  She enjoyed the outdoors, traveling, the beach and the holidays.  She loved and enjoyed her family and the time they shared together.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William "Bill" and Vera (nee Gildea) Weeks; and her brother John Barnes.

Surviving are her husband, Michael Chinal whom she married on December 15, 1989; her daughters, Sandra (Todd) Wells of Breeze, IL and Lynette (Hayden) Williams of Highland, IL; her grandchildren, Robert Stennett, Samantha Stennett, Aubrey Dempsey, Caeden Dempsey and Jensen Williams; her brothers, Eric (Judy) Barnes of France, Gary Weeks of Belleville, IL, William "Billy" (Priscilla) Weeks and Jeffrey Weeks both of Jacksonville, FL.

Visitation for Cheryl will be 11 to 1 pm on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Aebischer-Richeson Funeral Home, St. Jacob, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Aebischer-Richeson Funeral Home, St. Jacob, IL with the Rev. Frank Crossin officiating.  Interment will be in Keystone Cemetery, St. Jacob, IL
