Cheryl Rae Chandler, 53, of Troy, Ill., born Aug. 31, 1958, in Highland, Ill., died on Thursday, Sept. 22,2011, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

Mrs. Chandler was co-owner with her husband, Dennis, of Pizza Man Restaurant in Troy, Ill. Cheryl was a wonderfully compassionate person, who loved her children and grandchildren and the time she was able to spend with them.

Surviving are her husband, Dennis Chandler, whom she married on Nov. 5, 2004; children, Terrie Warden of Troy, Ill., Lacey Chandler of Troy, Ill., and Lindsey Chandler of Chicago, Ill.; grandchildren, Kody, Avery and Nate; parents, Dale and Janet, nee Brueggemann, Willimann; brother, Lyle (Brenda) Willimann of Chicago, Ill.; sister, Leslie French of Troy, Ill., and Amy (Mike) Schroeter of Troy, Ill.; nieces and nephews, Zoey Willimann, Amber and Kolten French and Abigail Schroeter.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Friends may call from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church in Maryville, Ill.

Funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the church with the Rev. Mark Jones officiating. Interment will be in Friedens Cemetery, Troy, Ill.
