Charlotte Neal, of Troy, passed away Friday morning, December 19, 2003 at her home.
She is survived by her husband, John "Jack" Neal; and her son, Mike (Mary) Neal, of Troy.
Visitation: Friends may call after 4:00 pm, Sunday, December 21, 2003 at Laughlin Funeral Home.
Funeral Services: 10:00 AM, Monday, December 22, 2003 at Laughlin Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend James Brooks of First Christian Church of Edwardsville officiating.
Memorials: Hospice of Southern Illinois
Interment: St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Black Jack, Illinois
