Obituary
Charles Tyler Gammon, 18, of Troy, Ill., born Aug. 12, 1994, in Maryville, Ill., died on Friday, March 22, 2013, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Ill.
Tyler attended Metro Community Church in Edwardsville, Ill. He loved all kinds of sports, music and spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Thomas Gammon Jr.
Surviving are his great-aunt and adopted mother, Betty Ann Gammon of Troy, Ill.; brothers, Justin Shea of Troy, Ill., and Ryan Menoni of Marine, Ill.; sister, Ashleigh (Justin) Cunliffe of Normal, Ill.; niece and nephew, Mia and Camden Cunliffe; adopted parents, Edward and Stacy Shea of Troy, Ill.; grandfather, Charles T. Gammon Sr., of Collinsville, Ill.; uncle, Bill (Julie) Gammon of Collinsville, Ill.; aunts, Kim Gammon of Manchester, Mo., and Michelle Shea of Troy, Ill.; cousins, Blake Mouyassar and Joey Shea; mother, Angela Menoni of Lebanon, Ill.; and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Memorials may be made to Edward Shea, who is battling a rare form of brain cancer.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, 2013, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at Richeson Funeral Home in Troy, Ill.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at the funeral home with T.J. Moore officiating. Interment in Friedens Cemetery in Troy, Ill.
