Obituary

Charles "Chuck" Bugger, age 53, passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at his home in Troy, following a lengthy illness.

Mr. Bugger was employed as a Groundsman for AG Edwards and Sons, Inc., in St. Louis, Missouri for 16 years. He liked to hunt and to spend time on the farm.

He will be sadly missed by his two sons, Philip Kirkpatrick and John David Kirkpatrick; a special sister, Kathy (David) Rickert; a sister, Nancy (Wilbur "Red") Schiefer; two brothers, Percy "Pete" (Lori) Bugger and Herman "Butch" Bugger; nieces and nephews, Patricia, Jennifer, Patty Ann, Gary, Timmy, Dottie, Nancy, Little Mikey, Rusty, Sissy, Robin, Chuckie, Dawn, Corinne, Jamie, Stephanie, Donnie, Adrienne and Jackie; a dear aunt, Cleola Wuench; and Angie Clark.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman Joseph and Dorothy Louise, nee Wilkinson, Bugger and a sister, Diane Messina.

The family will receive friends from 9:00 - 11:00 am, Saturday, December 4, 2004 at Laughlin Funeral Home.

Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 am, Saturday, December 4, 2004 at Laughlin Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Phil Kershner of Marine United Church of Christ officiating.

At the request of the family, in lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations should be made to American Cancer Society Relay for Life or the American Lung Association.

At the request of Mr. Bugger, cremation was held.
