Carol J. Cottingham, 79, of Collinsville, IL, born Monday, February 26, 1940 in Detroit, MI and passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Louis and Mildred (nee McQueen) Walker, and brother Jerry Walker.

Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Ty Cottingham of Collinsville, IL; her three sons, Craig (Crystal) Cottingham of Collinsville, IL, Ty (Tina) Cottingham of Godfrey, IL and Scott (Darla) Cottingham of Flint, TX; grandchildren, Amber (Zach) Hay, ReeAnna (Brian) Cline, Mariah Cottingham, Shannon (Dillion) Bedsole, Britney (Jacob) Lee, Vincent (Autumn) Cottingham, Hannah (Brenden) Heaton and Andrew Cottingham; great-grandchildren, Beau and Daisy Bedsole, Melody and Maverick Lee, Jensen Cottingham and Addison Hay; sister-in-law, Barbara Walker of Tampa, FL
