Carol Ann Bishop, 81, of Troy, IL, born February 9, 1943, in Kankakee, IL and passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Highland Health care Center, Highland, IL.
Carol was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, Troy, IL. She enjoyed sewing and quilting and was the owner of Sweet Annies Quilt Shoppe in Troy for 12 years. She loved her family and always enjoyed the times and memories made with them.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Rita H. (nee Buckley) O'Connor.
She is survived by her husband Lawrence "Larry" W. Bishop; her children, Kimberly (Paul) Lanter of Edwardsville, IL, Darrin (Elizabeth) Bishop of Springfield, IL and Kelly (Kevin) Sanders of Jackson, MI; grandchildren, Evan (Karis) Noble, Easton (Amy) Noble, Benjamin Bishop, Megan Bishop and Nicholas Sanders; great-grandchild, Owen Noble; her brothers, Patrick O'Connor of Kankakee, IL and Richard (Deb) O'Connor of Chicago, IL and her sister, Jeannene Mailloux of Chicago, IL; nieces, nephews, cousin and many friends.

Family services were held with Fr. Kevin Laughery and interment was in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Kankakee, IL at a later date.
