Obituary
Buford L. Hollinger, 64, of Troy, Ill., born Feb. 19, 1943, in Livermore, Iowa, died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Ill.
Mr. Hollinger was retired from the U.S. Navy.
Buford was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann, nee Sherfy, Hollinger; a son, Vaughn K. Hollinger; and his parents, Ralph and Doris, nee Watts, Hollinger.
Surviving are his son, Eric Hollinger of Troy, Ill.; and his sister, Joan (Rusty) Snowe of Arizona.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008, at Laughlin Funeral Home, Troy, Ill.
Funeral: Private services will be held. Interment in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo.
