Bonnie Marie Lancey, nee Bower, 79 of Troy, IL.,born Oct. 28,1924 in East St. Louis, IL., died at St. Joseph Hispital, Highland,IL.
Mrs. Lancey was a leather goods designer at Broy Leather Goods.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Jules Lancey, whom she married,Sept. 16, 1961, and who died June 10, 2003; her parents, Curtis Gilbert and Bertha Mae,nee Hennel, Bower; and three brothers, Paul, Glen and Eugene Bower.
She is survived by a son, Joseph J. (Darla) Lancey of Lebanon, IL.; a brother, Wilbur Bower of Waterloo, IL.; a sister, Dorothy O'Connor of DuQuoin, IL; and two grandchildren, Patrick and Rachael Lancey.
Visitation: Friends may call at the Laughlin Funeral Home from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.Wednesday, March 24, 2004.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held a 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2004, at Laughlin Funeral Home, Troy, IL. with Sister Jeanette Hemmer officiating. Burial will bein Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery, Fairview Heights, IL.
