Bobby "Papa Sid" S. Randolph, 73, of Troy, Ill., born October 9, 1941, in Haiti, Mo., died Sunday, May 3, 2015, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Ill.
Bobby proudly served his Country in the United States Army.
"Papa Sid" loved the St. Louis Cardinals, Rams and the Blues. He was a history buff and loved animals. He was also proud of the title he received as the champion in the first annual chili cook off at "My Brother's Place."
He was preceded in death by his parents, Forest and Maxine, nee Swan, Randolph.
Surviving are his children, Tim "Sid" Randolph of Troy, Ill., Bobbi (Mike) Murrell of Carthage, Mo., and Tammi (Dave) Burk of East Alton, Ill.; his grandchildren, Daniel Hinckle, Michael Murrell PFC. USMC and Samantha Randolph; his brothers, Frank (Barbara) Randolph and Joe Randolph; and a host of friends and other relatives.

A Celebration of Bobby's life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 2015, at the funeral home, with Rev. Charles West officiating. "Papa Sid" requested those in attendance please wear Cardinal attire or dress casual.
