Bobby Ray Lang, age 66, of Cabot, Arkansas, passed away August 13, 2004, in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
He was born August 11, 1938 in Fort Worth, Texas to the late William H. and Lula Baxter Lang. He was retired from the United States Marine Corps with over 21 years of active service.
Mr.Lang is survived by his wife, Clara Edna (Maedge) Lang of Cabot, Arkansas; two sons, Michael Ray Lang of North Carolina, Robert Allen (Tae) Lang of Fayetteville, North Carolina; two daughters Mrs. Sabrina Lynn(Ford) Allen of Grafton, West Virginia, Mrs. Vicki Ann (Bob)Bois of Worcester, Massachusetts; one brother Earl (Polly) Lang of Heber Springs, Arkansas; four sisters, Mrs. Violet Grissom of Sweet Home, OR., Mrs. Costella (J.T.) Carr of Heber Springs, AR., Mrs. Ina Ray of Urbana, Missouri, Mrs. Louise Newman of Merced, California; and six grandchildren, Christina Rizzo, David Babin, Brandy Babin, Clara T. Lang, Robert Lang Jr. and Sabrina Lang.
VISITATION: From 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. on Thursday, August 19, 2004 at Laughlin Funeral Home.
SERVICES: Friday, August 20, 2004 at 10 A.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Reverend Scott Hawker, Pastor of Friedens United Church of Christ.
Interment: Hoenig Cemetery, Troy, Illinois
