Beverly Ann Worthen, 75, of Troy, IL, born Monday, October 1, 1945 in Pittsfield, IL and passed away peacefully on Monday, April 12, 2012 at her home in Troy, IL.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, John William and Lena M. (nee Boots) Motley; and her brother, Dennis Motley.

Surviving are her children, Dara Fulmer of Troy, IL, William T. (Dawn) Fulmer of Pleasant Hill, IL and Norma T. (Amy Jackson) Fulmer of Denver, CO; 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Dudley (Alice) Motley of Springfield, IL; her sister-in-law, Linda Geiss; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Private family services were held.
