Beverly Jean Kaspar, nee Carstens, 65, of Troy, Ill., born April 18, 1947, in Clinton, Iowa, died on Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, in St. Louis, Mo.
Mrs. Kaspar was a member of Christ Friends and Red Hat Society. She loved going to the theatre, especially the Fox and the Muny, she also loved reading, movies and listening to music.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Lee Kaspar; a son, Kristopher Kaspar; and her parents, Peter and Lillian, nee Groat, Carstens.
Surviving are her daughters, Kathryn (Adam) Garrison of Troy, Ill., and Kimberly (Loren) Kisling of Wright City, Mo.; son, Karl (Diana) Kaspar of Mascoutah, Ill.; grandchildren, Dylan, Taylor, Elizabeth, Karleigh and Leevi Kaspar Miller and Ridley Garrison; and a sister, Gertrude (Roger) Gammon of Clinton, Iowa.
Memorials may be made to Christ Friends and will be received at the funeral home.

Service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at the funeral home with Adam Dichsen officiating. Interment in Friedens Cemetery, Troy, Ill.
