Mrs. Betty L.(Curtis)League 71, of Maryville,Illinois has joined her husband in Heaven on September 30, 2007.
Mrs. League was born May 29, 1936 to the late Louis and Eva Curtis in Stanford, Kentucky. She was married to William D. League. He passed away in May of 2002.
Mrs. League was a homemaker.
Mrs. League is survived by a daughter, Jullie A. (League) Hawker ; two sisters, Christine Ingram of Morresville, Indiana and Peggy Fuell of Indianapolis Indiana. Two grandchildren Robert and Celina Hawker both of Troy, Illinois.
Funeral Services will be at 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, Indiana where friends may call one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
Burial will follow at West Ridge Park Cemetery, Indianapolis.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home of Plainfield Indiana will be in charge of final arrangements.
Laughlin Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
