Ashlynn Marie Lauber, age 8, born June 24, 1999 in Granite City, Illinois, passed away December 17, 2007 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Illinois.

Ashlynn lived in Collinsville, Illinois her entire life. Ashlynn was a 3rd grade student at Troy Elementary School, Troy, Illinois. Ashlynn attended St. John Neuman Catholic School for Religion Classes religiously. She attended the Dance Studio in Troy, Illinois and was the top of her class. She loved Hannah Montana. Ashlynn loved to draw, loved swimming, and had a long desire for ATV racing. She had raced once and finished in 2nd place. Her life was surrounded by her 2 brothers and her sister whom she adored and played with much of her time.

Ashlynn is survived by her parents, Jerry Lloyd and Loreli Susan (nee: Grider) Lauber of Collinsville, Illinois, her brothers, Jerry, age 6 at home and Jacob, age 2 at home, her sister, Heather, age 4 at home, her maternal grandparents, Gina (Donald) Scatturo of Collinsville, Illinois, her paternal grandparents, Jerry and Pamela Lauber of Collinsville, Illinois, her maternal great grandparents, Robert Cox of Granite City, Illinois, and Loretta Clark of Collinsville, Illinois, her uncle Gerry Scatturo of Granite City, Illinois, and her aunt Wendy Lauber of Switzerland.

VISITATIONS HOURS: Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at the Laughlin Funeral Home, Troy, Illinois.

Mass of the Angels will be at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Maryville, Illinois with Reverend Father Stephen Sotiroff officiating. Interment will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Glen Carbon, Illinois.
