Obituary
Anne Marie Ramsey, age 81, of Troy, Illinois died Monday, April 26, 2010 at Rosewood Care Center in Edwardsville, Illinois. She was the widow of the late Riley J. Ramsey, Jr.
Mrs. Ramsey was born in Germany on March 1, 1929. She was a homemaker and a member of Bethel Baptit Church, Troy, IL. and Jarvis Township Senior Center, Troy, IL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Riley J. Ramsey, Jr. and parents William A. and Freida L. (nee Otto) Guenther.
Surviving are her nephew Bill (Angie) Luchesi of Troy, IL.; nieces, Eva (Joe) Zansottera of St. Louis, MO.. and Joyce (Tony) Molinar of Chicago, IL.; great nieces and nephews, Dominick Luchesi, Sean Creely, Randee Brown, Maria Molinar, Tina Hansen, Linda Molinar, and Toni Fitzpatrick; great-great nieces and nephews, Harlee Brown, Nikolas Moynahan, Ashlee Brown, Julia Creely, Lukas Hansen, Jaxsen Hansen, Sofia Hansen, and Dylan Fitzpatrick.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Diabetes Assn.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 29, 2010 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 30, 2010 at 10 a.m. at the Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL. with the Rev. Tim Lewis officiating.
It was Anne Marie's wishes to be cremated.
