Obituary
Albert Edward Aichs, age 83, of Troy, Illinois, passed away Friday morning, August 8, 2003 at his home. Mr. Aichs was born November 16, 1919 in St. Louis, Missouri. He married Maureen Morgan on October 18, 1958. She survives. Mr. Aichs served in the Air Force for 20 years, where he spent much of his military service in the Philippines. After his Air force retirement, he worked for Boeing for 20 years.
In addition to his wife, Maureen, he is also survived by his son, Clinton (Michele) Aichs of Charlottesville, Virginia and two grandchildren, Kyle and Sydney; two brothers, Roger and Joseph Aichs. He was preceded in death by his sister, Della Thompson.
Visitation: 4-6 pm, Tuesday, August 12 at Laughlin Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 6 pm, Tuesday, August 12, 2003 at Laughlin Funeral Home Chapel.
