Obituary
Alan Michael Heuiser, 54, of Athens, Ala., born June 27, 1957, in Highland, Ill., died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, at his residence.
Alan was a 1975 graduate of Triad High School. He was a member of the Troy Jaycees, and worked as a logistics manager for Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Ala. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy. Alan enjoyed golfing, movies, and traveling, but most of all he enjoyed the time spent with his family and friends.
Surviving are his wife, Donna, nee Bone, Heuiser of Athens, Ala.; daughters, Corinne Heuiser and Erin Heuiser of Athens, Ala.; his mother, Maureen Heusier of Troy, Ill.; father, Arlyn (Beverly) Heuiser of Troy, Ill.; sisters, Diane Boulicault of St. Louis, Mo., and Julie Nolin of Fayetteville, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the scholarship fund for his daughters' education.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012, at Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, Ill.
