Obituary
Adeline Frederking, age 74, passed away Saturday morning, April 17, 2004 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Illinois.
Aggie was born June 26, 1929 to John and Martha, nee Sinskey, Barsch. She married Paul Frederking August 18, 1951. He preceded her in death July 11, 1986. Aggie worked as a cashier at Wal-Mart in Glen Carbon. She lived most of her life in Troy, until 8 years ago, when she moved to Glen Carbon. She was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church and American Legion Auxiliary Post #708 and the Edwardsville Sportsman Gun Club.
She is survived by three brothers, Donald (Nancy) Barsch of Troy; Ronald Barsch of Minnesota, and John "Buck" Barsch of Las Vegas, Nevada; one sister, Joan Niebruegge of Troy; one step-daughter, Kathryn (Harlin) Heggemeier of Nashville, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two sisters, Mary Jay Sackett in 2002 and Barbara Waters in 2003.
Visitation: 4:00 - 8:00 pm, Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at Laughlin Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 11:00 am, Wednesday, April 21, 2004 at Laughlin Funeral Home with Father Steven Janoski officiating.
Memorials may be made to the American Legion or the American Legion Post 708 Auxiliary.
Interment: St. John's Evangelical Cemetery in Black Jack, Illinois.
